Head Coach Fred Cranford

Coach Cranford is entering his fourth season as the Head Coach of the Loveland Tigers.

Coach Cranford led the Tigers to their first ever state championship in his first season as the Tiger’s head coach. Coach Cranford received numerous awards for his effort including Ohio D-2 State Coach of the Year, Southwest Ohio Coach of the Year and Eastern Cincinnati Conference Coach of the Year.

Coach Cranford had been a coach at Bishop Fenwick since 1999 and was their head coach for the past seven years. When he started as head coach, Bishop Fenwick was coming off a 3-7 season. However, in 2012 with Cranford at the helm, Bishop Fenwick was 8-3, won their conference, and made the state playoffs. Cranford was also named the GCL (Greater Catholic League) coach of the year and was the Dayton area Division IV coach of the year.

Coach Cranford graduated from Otterbein University where he was a 3 year starter and taught Physical Education in his tenure at Bishop Fenwick.
